Did you cook that food that you're eating? How would you feel if I told you that you should be preparing or cooking all of your meals for the day at home? Sounds intense right? Well, I would say that this is the fastest way to living healthy and losing some weight. Cooking your own food drastically improves nutrient density and quality of the food that you are eating. This is primarily due to the fact that all fast food and prepackaged foods are full of terrible things for your health. The elimination of fast foods, prepackaged foods, dining out, take out, all that stuff puts you back in control of your diet. Cooking all the time can be difficult. However, practice makes perfect and it will become easier over time. CHEAT DAYS ARE OK! Everyone needs a little indulgence every once and while.
