Do you eat Gluten-Free? I used to be a huge advocate of eating gluten-free foods, and in a way I still am. First, simply put, gluten is a wheat protein that gives bread it's texture and elasticity. Some people are more sensitive to gluten than others. And some are even allergic to gluten. However, most of us are going to be sensitive to gluten because majority of the wheat products we by in stores is full of chemicals, and pesticides and are even genetically modified. So of course gluten sensitivity is becoming more well known, it's because we are being fed poisonous wheat. Anyways, eliminating gluten will definitely help you lose weight and take a lot of stress off of your liver. However, most people tend to buy foods labeled as "gluten-free", but do not realize that the products are just replacing wheat flour with highly processed rice flours and other flours as well. It does your body no good to just replace one poison for another. If you want bread. Eat real flour. If you can't have wheat, then too bad.
